At Embrasado, we take the Texas-style barbecue tradition seriously. We use a real Pit Smoker, where meats are smoked low and slow for hours using selected wood, resulting in an unmistakably tender texture and rich, smoky flavor.
Our menu features all the American BBQ classics:
