This regulation establishes the TERMS AND CONDITIONS for access to ANIMA PARK.

ACCEPTANCE

Age range 4 to 14 years

ANIMA PARK reserves the right to admission or to request the departure from the park, without any refund or compensation, to anyone who may jeopardize their safety, that of other visitors or employees, or insist on non-compliance with the park’s rules or engage in illegal or offensive behaviors. In these cases, there will be no refund or compensation;

ACCESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Visitors must read and comply with the recommendations and safety signage of the park.

It is mandatory to respect the instructions of the monitors;

Visitors are free to choose the activities they wish to engage in, subject to availability. Access to some activities may be conditioned by the age or height of the visitor.

It is advisable not to use belts, necklaces, rings, glasses, watches, keys, metallic objects, or any other objects that may damage the equipment;

Visitors are responsible for any damages caused to third parties. Visitors are responsible for any damages caused to the park’s facilities. In case of an accident, there is an insurance policy, as required by law, which guarantees compensation to the injured party according to the conditions and limits of the respective insurance policy.

Our insurance will only be activated in accidents caused by our equipment and does not cover misuse of the same; Food or drinks are not allowed inside the park and lounge. The park has a designated area for this purpose.

Bringing a birthday cake to the lounge is not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the park. The consumption of illegal substances is not allowed inside the park. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the park. Animals are not allowed, except guide dogs accompanying visually impaired individuals. Taking photos inside the park is not allowed.

Visitors may be photographed or filmed by media organizations that are at the park conducting a report. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you should inform an ANIMA PARK staff member. Authorization is required for conducting photographic sessions or filming for commercial purposes. For the protection of its visitors, the park is under video surveillance.

For safety and prevention reasons, activities promoted by ANIMA PARK are not allowed for pregnant women.

For safety and prevention reasons, activities promoted by ANIMA PARK cannot be used by people with visible health problems or physical conditions, as well as people who already have medical indications that discourage the practice of park activities. If in doubt, please consult your doctor;

For safety and prevention reasons, any visitor with a health problem or physical or psychic condition, which is not easily noticeable and does not prevent the practice of the activity, must inform ANIMA PARK staff members prior to entering the park and starting the activity;

ANIMA PARK may, in case of assistance, incur medical expenses and rescue expenses that will be reimbursed by the customer and/or user;

It is prohibited to jump on the trampolines with more than one person simultaneously, as well as running, pushing, resting, lying down, or sitting on the trampolines.

Bringing balls, toys, or any other personal objects into the park is prohibited.

ANIMA PARK is not responsible for damages, thefts, robberies, or loss of property and belongings of customers/users.

Items left in the park will be kept for 30 days, after which they will be donated to an institution.

ANIMA PARK reserves the right to close on any day, whenever necessary and without prior notice;

This establishment has a complaints book.

INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES

ANIMA PARK is intended for children aged between 4 and 12 years;

At check-in, the responsible adult must present identification.

Children must be accompanied by the responsible adult who carried out the check-in to exit the park.

Entries are subject to availability and the capacity of the space;

Wearing non-slip socks is mandatory.

Maximum capacity 160 people. Entry to the park is subject to availability. The park’s opening hours may change without prior notice.

The price of tickets and other services provided by ANIMA PARK includes VAT at the legal rate in force. The ticket price allows access to the activities available in the park, and does not include any additional services, namely food and beverages, parties and events, photography and video recording service, lockers, among others.

Tickets, passes, and vouchers are only valid for the date indicated on them;

Tickets, passes, and vouchers purchased in advance are subject to availability for the desired date;

ANIMA PARK reserves the right to identify and authorize visitor access, and may request the display of identification documents whenever necessary;
