TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ANIMA PARK

This regulation establishes the Terms and Conditions for access and use of ANIMA PARK. By visiting our facilities, visitors accept and commit to complying with all the rules and conditions described herein.


1. ACCESS AND ADMISSION

  • ANIMA PARK is intended for children aged between 4 and 14 years;

  • ANIMA PARK reserves the right to refuse admission and to request the departure of any visitor who may endanger their safety, that of other visitors, or employees, or who insists on disregarding park rules or engaging in illegal or offensive behavior. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be given;

  • Entry is subject to availability and space capacity, which has a maximum occupancy of 160 people;

  • At check-in, the child’s guardian must present an identification document;

  • To leave the park, children must be accompanied by the responsible adult who completed the check-in process;

  • The use of non-slip socks is mandatory.


2. RULES FOR FACILITY USE AND SAFETY

  • Visitors must read and respect park signage and follow all instructions given by staff;

  • Access to certain activities may be restricted based on age or height;

  • The use of belts, necklaces, rings, glasses, watches, keys, metal objects, or any other items that may damage equipment is prohibited;

  • Bringing balls, toys, or any personal objects into the park is not allowed;

  • Jumping on trampolines with more than one person at a time, running, pushing, resting, lying down, or sitting on trampolines is prohibited;

  • Smoking, consuming illegal substances, or alcoholic beverages inside the park is strictly prohibited;

  • Bringing external food or drinks is not permitted. The park provides a designated food and beverage service;

  • The entry of animals is prohibited, except for guide dogs accompanying visually impaired individuals;

  • The park is under video surveillance for visitor safety;

  • Pregnant women and individuals with visible health issues or medical conditions that advise against physical activity cannot participate in park activities;

  • Any visitor with a medical condition or physical or psychological limitation that does not prevent participation in activities must inform ANIMA PARK staff beforehand.


3. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

  • Visitors are responsible for any damage they cause to third parties or park facilities;

  • In case of an accident, ANIMA PARK has an insurance policy that ensures compensation for the injured party, according to the policy’s terms and conditions;

  • To activate the insurance, a deductible of 150 euros must be paid by the client;

  • The insurance only covers accidents caused by park equipment and does not cover misuse of the same;

  • ANIMA PARK is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of visitors’ belongings;

  • Lost items will be stored for 30 days and then donated to a charity.


4. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING POLICY

  • Taking photos or recording videos inside the park without authorization is not permitted;

  • Visitors may be photographed or filmed by media organizations conducting reports. Those who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform an ANIMA PARK employee;

  • Commercial photography and filming require prior authorization.


5. CONDITIONS FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS

  • A deposit of 50 euros is required to reserve birthday parties;

  • A minimum of 10 children per party is required, and this amount will be charged regardless of attendance;

  • ANIMA PARK must be informed of the expected number of children at least 48 hours in advance;

  • In case of cancellation, at least 15 days’ notice is required for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded;

  • The number of adults allowed for birthday celebrations is limited to the parents and four additional guests (total of six people);

  • Snacks are exclusively for children attending the parties;

  • ANIMA PARK reserves the right to cancel reservations up to 15 days in advance with prior notice;

  • For private space rentals, failure to comply with the prohibition on bringing external food and drinks will result in a fine of 50 euros.


6. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • ANIMA PARK reserves the right to close at any time without prior notice;

  • This establishment has a Complaints Book;

  • Payment of any entry fee implies full acceptance of these regulations.
